Moisture first, mould second

Cleaning visible mould without correcting the water source is temporary. A dripping supply line, a slow drain leak, a leaking water heater or an undried basement flood will keep the material damp, and growth returns. Finding and correcting the moisture source is the first step of remediation.

• Remove mould-damaged porous materials where required, including drywall and insulation

• Dry and dehumidify so conditions do not support regrowth

Commercial and basement mould

Basement mould remediation and commercial mould remediation follow the same principle: correct the moisture, remove what cannot be cleaned, dry the space. Occupied commercial spaces additionally require coordination with management for access and containment.
