1. Stop and assess
The water source is identified and stopped, then the affected area is inspected so the real extent of the moisture is known before any work is quoted.
2. Extract and dry
Standing water is removed, then drying equipment and dehumidification bring affected materials back toward normal moisture levels, with monitoring during the drying period.
3. Clean and repair
Unsalvageable materials are removed, affected areas are cleaned and sanitized, and repairs or reconstruction restore the finishes where that work is offered.
